through the science and art of Hatha Yoga.
Yoga is an ancient science. The physical practice of Hatha
ourselves.
Working different
muscles in opposing ways challenges the limits of mind and body,
ultimately stretching and centering both.
Disregard
the thought that yoga is too esoteric to understand, or too
mystical. Forget the notion that yoga is only for double-jointed
people who’ve been able to fold themselves into a pretzel since
birth, or for perpetual 60’s flower children that sit around and
chant all day.
Negative
thinking and stereotypes are contrary to the philosophy for yoga;
yoga is user-friendly. Anyone-at any fitness level, and with a wide
range of personal and fitness goals,can benefit from beginning a
yoga practice. Even you.
