Larain is the owner/head instructor of TMAA and will be the primary instructor for the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course. She is registered with the Yoga alliance at their highest level, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT).
Dr. Sallan teaches Anatomy & Physiology, Human and Health Wellness. The YTT students will have three session with Dr. Sallan. Dr. Sallan will be instructing anatomy classes on February 17, March 10 and March 24 at 12:00-2:00.
Doraine Bailey is a ILCA World BF Week Coordinator for the Lexington-Fayett County (KY, USA) Health Department.WBW2001.Doraine Bailey has been practicing yoga since she was 12. She is a Certified Tri Yoga teacher and a student of Kali Ray, the originator of Tri Yoga. Doraine began teaching in 1990 and started her serious training in 1988. Doraine's classes help students understand the body's natural alignment within dynamic, flowing movements. She teaches in Lexington Kentucky. Doraine will be teaching: The Eight Limbs of Yoga, Doshas, 5 Sheaths. After which she will instructor Yoga with a gentle introduction to moving the body the Tri Yoga way. Slow and mindful, the class is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. No yoga experience is needed. We will especially address movement and health for the spine, shoulders, hips and nervous system. We will match the movement of the body and the breath as we flow through a series of classical yoga poses.
Amy is a 2002 TMAA yoga graduate. She will be teaching a workshop April 7th at 2:00-5:00pm.
Kathleen Wilding Williams, RYT (prenatal) Kathleen is a 2005 TMAA yoga graduate. She is certified in Prenatal Yoga and will be instructing a class in pre-natal yoga on June 23rd.
