Private lesson scheduled on Fridays: 1-4 people $30.00 each person
for an hour.


CLASS  DESCRIPTIONS

BEGINNERS: This is a class recommended for the person new to yoga. Fundamental poses and alignment is emphasized and prepares you for a safe and successful yoga practice.

BACK CARE: This class is designed with common simple back issues in mind. The routines are developed for the purpose of improving the health pf the back. This class is good for all levels.

LEVEL I: Slow to moderated paced classes with an emphasis on building strength, and awareness of basic alignments. Good for beginners also.

LEVEL II: Moderately paced classes requiring some knowledge of basic alignment. Balancing, back bending, core strength, and simple inversions. Good for continuing beginners having three or more months of training.

LEVEL III: A more aerobic paced class with the intention of producing more heat to cleanse the body of toxins. Participant should be in good physical shape and have no health issues.

We have 4 & 8 classes punch cards.

A Hatha Yoga card will take you into the Yoga, Pilates-Yoga, Yogaball, Stability Ball, and Vinyasa Yoga classes. 

Yoga Cards are non-transferable, non-extendable and non-refundable.

Hatha Yoga: For those wishing to slowly open and strengthen the body in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Hatha is the Yoga of the Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breath control).

Pilates-Yoga (yogalates): is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Pilates-Yoga is excellent for developing general tone and fitness in the body while also creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and overall well being. It energizes the mind, sooths your soul and lifts your spirits.  Larain Ashby will help you sculpt, streamline, invigorate, tone, strengthen, firm, relax, and stabilize your body, mind, and spirit. 

A 8 Punch Yoga Card
$45.00  is good for Hatha Yoga & Ball classes except Tai Chi.

A 4 Punch Yoga Card may be purchased for $30.00 is good for Hatha Yoga & Ball classes except Tai Chi.

Educators: Discounted 10%

Nurses: Discounted 10%

Vinyasa Yoga: $35.00 for a 4 Punch card for Vinyasa only card. This class is designed for seasoned yoga students. Classes will combine sun salutations that either step or jump back into Chaturanga (plank or modified plank pose), standing poses, floor poses, backbends, inversions and sitting meditation. The fundamentals of ujjayi breath, (meaning "victorious stretching of the Prana"), will be taught and encouraged.  This is a challenging, powerful, heat producing workout and an excellent cardiovascular workout while building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Yoga experienced is required.

All 8 punch cards cards are good for five weeks so you may make up classes you may have missed.

All 4 punch cards are good for 4 weeks.
